Owner Joe Fabrocini, a 30 year restaurant veteran who opened the original Fabrocini restaurants in the 818, knows how to offer a variety of eclectic hot dogs with culinary ease. This particular Dog joint joins the authentic hot dog with an array of complex sauces inspired from locations all around the country.
